SCW is proud to announce the addition of a Terex AT20 Franna to our fleet, further strengthening our ability to support industrial, construction, shutdown, and maintenance projects with safe, efficient, and reliable lifting solutions.
The Terex AT20 Franna is a proven pick-and-carry mobile crane, well suited to the kind of fast-moving site environments where mobility, flexibility, and practical lifting capability are critical. Industry and OEM reference material identify the AT20 as a versatile machine designed to combine lifting performance with manoeuvrability, making it a strong fit for busy worksites and tighter access areas.
With a rated capacity of 20 tonnes at 1.4 metres, 19 tonnes at 1.7 metres, and approximately 1.55 tonnes at 15.80 metres, the AT20 gives SCW greater capability across a wide range of lifting and materials handling tasks. The machine also offers a maximum hook height of 16.75 metres, a 16.8-tonne hook block, and a 4.2-tonne single-line winch, giving us a practical and versatile asset for day-to-day site support.
Its compact dimensions — approximately 9.67 metres long, 2.50 metres wide, and 3.07 metres high — together with a 7.4-metre turning circle, make it well suited to operational sites where access and manoeuvrability matter. OEM reference material also lists up to 50% gradability and a maximum travel speed of 85 km/h, supporting efficient movement around site and between jobs.
For SCW, this investment is about continuing to build the capability we bring to every project. The addition of the Franna will strengthen our ability to support structural steel work, equipment moves, materials handling, shutdown support, and general site operations, while helping us respond more efficiently to our clients’ needs. SCW has also recently expanded its mobile site capability through investment in additional fleet resources.
As our workload continues to grow across multiple sectors, investing in equipment like the Terex AT20 Franna allows us to keep improving the way we deliver on-site support. It gives our team greater flexibility in the field and helps us continue providing the dependable service, workmanship, and safety standards our clients expect from SCW.
We’re excited to welcome the Terex AT20 Franna into the SCW fleet and look forward to seeing it in action across upcoming projects.
